You will be instructed to ship the unit with a return label, you can choose to insure the shipment for what ever value you want.4- After the unit arrives, with-in two business days the unit will be checked and the port will be replaced.5- Using the new USB port, it will be tested for power (Green light) and system connection. If we see the Green light and able to access the storage, the repair is complete. Your unit will be shipped back to you using the return label you sent us.6- In some cases the issue is not just the USB port, the board it self maybe damaged, if that is the case, you will be only charged for the bench fee $75. A partial refund will be issued and your unit will be shipped back to you using the return label you sent us.
