Dental Nano Composite Resin Flowable Light Cure/ Etching Gel /Bonding Adhesive

Bonding Adhesive Describe： This product is a one-component liquid, and its main ingredients include UDMA and other multifunctional methacrylic resins. It does not contain solvents and inorganic fillers, and is safe and harmless to the human body. The product is a light-curing adhesive material, which is clinically used for the bonding of dentin and enamel. Suitable for bonding resin materials and ceramic materials. Scope of application： Used for bonding dentine and enamel with resin and ceramic materials. Clinical operation steps: Pretreatment of caries and pulp protection. Use 37% phosphoric acid etchant for treatment, then clean it thoroughly with water, and dry it thoroughly with an oil-free air gun. Apply a layer of adhesive evenly on the tooth surface with a small brush. Make the adhesive layer even as far as possible with the wind power of the air gun. Irradiate with an oral light curing light source of 300mW/c㎡ for 20 seconds to cure the adhesive. Please use the composite resin filling material according to the original manufacturer’s instructions, as well as the subsequent grinding and reconstruction processes. Precautions： 1. During clinical use, the lip and adjacent teeth should be well isolated and protected. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and skin. 2. Phenols, clove oil and zinc oxide can not be used as the bottom material of the first layer,because clove oil contains polymerization inhibitor “phenolic substances”, which will directly affect the degree of polymerization of the adhesive. 3. During the curing operation, the distance between the surface of the light curing lamp and the adhesive should be kept below 2mm, but it should not be in contact with the material. 4. Before applying adhesives and composite resin fillings, the tooth treatment surface should avoid contamination by water and other impurities. 5. It is not suitable for pulp capping, and patients who are allergic to resin should not use it. Environment： This product is operated at room temperature. Storage Conditions： This product should be stored in a cool and dry place at 2°C~28°C, avoiding direct sunlight. Shelf Life： This product is valid for 2 years, please do not use expired product. Contraindications: Patients with a history of allergy to methacrylate resins are contraindicated. Acid Etching Gel 37% Phosphoric FEATURE： 1. Enamel and dentin etching. 2. Apply special technology to obtain ideal density of the gel. 3. Gel in blue color for better visual management. Indication: It is used for acid etching of tooth enamel and dentin before dental repair. Operation Procedure： 1. Remove surface dirt, rinse the prepared cavities, and blow dry. 2. Apply the etching agent from the tooth enamel to the entire surface of the repair, and etch for 20-40 seconds. The acid etching time of deciduous teeth and dental fluorosis can be extended appropriately according to the actual situation. 3. Rinse with clean water after acid etching, and suck out in time. 4. Cleaning: resin the preparation with water. Drying: gently air dry until there is no visible water. Do not allow enamel or dentin to dry for an excessive period of time. Applying.BOND Self-Etching Light Cure Adhesive(DSA): dispense 1-2 drops of DSA into a mixing well,apply enough DSA to the entire preparation with a little brush until a shiny surface is achieved and then wait for 10 seconds (DSA should not be applied to much).Use a gentle stream of air to evaporate the solvent for 5 seconds(If using a non self-etching adhesive,an etching step should be used according to the manufacturer’s instruction) Cure: light cure for 20 seconds at 500±50mW/cm².Keep the distance to exposure surface less than 4 mm. Applying the Nano Flowable Light Cure Composite(FLC): place selected FLC into cavity preparation following by 20 seconds light cure.The depth of cure is about 2.5mm for 20 seconds cure.(In order to reduce shrinkage stress,for a large cavity, an increment filling is recommended.in general,1-2mm increments are placed into cavity preparation from different sides and the restoration is built incrementally.Each increment is light cured for 20 seconds.) For A2 and A3. Finishing: after light cure,adjust restoration. Polishing: use polishing strip or disc to polish the surface. WARNING: Do not use this product for patient who is allergy to methylmethacrylate. Do not use this product with any material contained eugenol.
